Posts older than 7 days lose impression weight. 7. Reviews — actively request after every customer interaction. Reply to every review within 48 hours, especially negative ones. 8. Q&A — pre-populate the Questions section with your most common customer queries and answer them yourself. 9. Citations — get listed on 30–50 high-quality Indian directories (Justdial, Sulekha, Indiamart, Asklaila, etc.) with identical NAP (Name, Address, Phone).
